You’re not qualified

It took less than a month from the time it got added to the time it got removed from the list. Those who didn’t have IELTS and ECA, didn’t have enough time to comply.

You’re qualified now, so
you can apply anytime
In my over 20 years of practice, I often witness people taking it easy after they're told that they qualify. They don’t submit an application thinking they will always qualify. Sadly, by the time they decided to go ahead with their application, the program they qualified for has changed or is gone.

Your IELTS score has to be high
When you apply under the Express Entry system, you’re required to have at least 6.0 in each skill tested in IELTS.
Other immigration programs only need a minimum score of 3.5 or 4.0.
And there are programs where you may not even be required to take IELTS yet.
