The occupations listed above can get you into 2 provinces that has a provincial nominee program that won’t require employer sponsorship:
SASKATCHEWAN and NOVA SCOTIA.
Obtaining a provincial nomination certificate from either of these 2 provinces will definitely get you on the top 20% of the Express Entry Pool.
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) and Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) is not open all the time. They have a limited number of applicants they can take in each year and they don’t offer all the spots in one opening. They distribute it throughout the year to ensure program efficiency.
When these programs do open, it only opens for a few hours. The window of opportunity is quite limited.
